Payment Information

Paying for your care

  2. Private or company supported medical insurance scheme
  3. Sponsored

Self funded:

  • Patients are required to pay for all clinic appointments on day of attendance. 
  • We accept the following methods of payment:
  • Major debit and credit cards, cheques and cash.


  • Medical insurance is a contract between the member/patient and the insurance company, therefore settlement of account remains the patient’s responsibility, including any payment shortfalls not covered by their insurer.
  • All insured patients must present their membership number together with an authorisation code relevant to that appointment / care pathway on arrival.
  • Patients attending without the appropriate authorisation from their insurance company will be required to pay for the appointment and reclaim from their insurers.
  • Any payment shortfalls will be the responsibility of the patient. 
  • Patients who are not covered by a UK based medical insurer should check their policy prior to attending, as they may be required to pay their account personally and reclaim from their insurer.   


  • A letter of guarantee for full payment must be presented from the relevant Embassy or sponsoring organisation on arrival.
  • In the event of non payment by a sponsor or shortfall on the account, patients will be liable for settlement.
